Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for damaged or defective goods.

Scent Preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to scent preferences. Scent is subjective. We highly recommend purchasing a sample size or visiting us at a local market to smell our candles in person before committing to a larger jar.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order for shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Inspect Immediately: Check your package upon arrival.

Contact Us: Email us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.

We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cera Soy Candles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, liability shifts to them. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed.
